Each student will be expected to be involved in daily meditation and reflection as well as some spiritual retreat experience.

Lab I Listening & Caring Skills: Is a forty-hour course developed to help any leader in the church to become a better listener. This course will empower your ministry and lay leadership to listen with an inner ear to hear what is not being said many times.
Lab II Listening & Caring Skills: Is a forty to fifty hour sequel to Lab I for training the trainers in listening skills in order for the leader to teach the materials of Lab I in their organization. (Lab I is a prerequisite for taking Lab II)
